Annual Registration Fee

This fee is non-refundable and due at time of class sign up and every August 1st thereafter

Family ………………….....  $50

(Family member must live in same household and this can be combined for dance and fitness students.)                                                                            

Class Pricing per student is:                                                                             

1 class per week ……………………….……$40 per month

Each additional class will be $20 per class up to a personal max of $100 (unlimited fitness classes)

Aerial Silks..............................................$55 per 3 week session

Fierce Flex:

It really is all about the abs or, then again, maybe it's all about the glutes? Either way, we’ve got your best assets covered in our Fierce Flex class. This intense total body workout focuses on foundational strength. This strength training class utilizes a variety of equipment to both keep the content fresh and to challenge its participants. No rhythm required.

PiYo is a strength fusion style format for people who like to sweat! Short bursts of cardiovascular work and strength training for all over body conditioning! Incorporating dynamic balance, plyometrics, strength, and functional training emphasizing the athleticism of pilates and yoga. Bring your mat! This class can be done with or without shoes.

High Fitness: 
This cardio class transforms old school aerobics into a highly addictive new fitness experience that combines simple, modern fitness techniques (i.e. HIIT, plyometrics, etc.) with music you know and love. This results in a high energy, INTENSE, and crazy fun workout that will leave you feeling energized and wanting more. Our formula alternates between cardio peaks and toning tracks that will take your heart rate to the sky and strength to the next level.

Pound Fitness: 
Sweat, Sculpt, & ROCK in our Pound class! Pound is a pilates based workout inspired by the sweat-dripping, infectious, energizing fun of drumming! Pound is a full body cardio jam session that can be performed with or without shoes. Bring your mat!
