Class Descriptions:

Fierce Flex:

It really is all about the abs or, then again, maybe it's all about the glutes? Either way, we’ve got your best assets covered in our Fierce Flex class. This intense total body workout focuses on foundational strength. This strength training class utilizes a variety of equipment to both keep the content fresh and to challenge its participants. No rhythm required.

PiYo:  
PiYo is a strength fusion style format for people who like to sweat! Short bursts of cardiovascular work and strength training for all over body conditioning! Incorporating dynamic balance, plyometrics, strength, and functional training emphasizing the athleticism of pilates and yoga. Bring your mat! This class can be done with or without shoes.

High Fitness: 
This cardio class transforms old school aerobics into a highly addictive new fitness experience that combines simple, modern fitness techniques (i.e. HIIT, plyometrics, etc.) with music you know and love. This results in a high energy, INTENSE, and crazy fun workout that will leave you feeling energized and wanting more. Our formula alternates between cardio peaks and toning tracks that will take your heart rate to the sky and strength to the next level.

Yoga: 
Our yoga program embraces the essential elements of yoga: breath work, mindfulness, and physical postures. In all of these elements, Christ is the focus of our intention, worship, and practice. Our gentle yoga series is often considered easier, less intense, non-strenuous, minimalistic, quiet, and restorative. Our power yoga series is definitely an intense workout that will make you sweat. Bring your mat! No shoes or experience necessary. 

Cardio Hip Hop: 
This hip hop dance workout will get your heart rate up! We have a lot of fun learning easy to follow dance combos while sweating and burning up calories. No experience necessary! Beginners are welcome and encouraged. Come get your groove on! 

Pound Fitness: 
Sweat, Sculpt, & ROCK in our Pound class! Pound is a pilates based workout inspired by the sweat-dripping, infectious, energizing fun of drumming! Pound is a full body cardio jam session that can be performed with or without shoes. Bring your mat!
