Nutcracker Weekend Timeline

Dress Rehearsal and Show are located at Northwood Church 1870 Rufe Snow Dr. Keller, TX 76248

Thursday, December 11th - Dress Rehearsal Cast A (All Dancers)

5:00PM - CAST A 3-4 YR Cherubs (Baby Angels), 4-5 YR Snow, Ms. Brooke’s 3-4 YR Preschool Gingerbread, 5-8 YR Polichinelles, 7-9/9&Up YR Bakers, and Rising Stars Cooks Arrive at Northwood Church dressed and ready in hair/makeup/costume

Arrival - Upon arrival, please find the SODC Staff member with your dancer’s age group sign in front of the stage to check your dancer in to go backstage for Dress Rehearsal.

Dismissal - All dancers will be dismissed from the stage after the act they dance in.

Friday, December 12th - Dress Rehearsal Cast B (All Dancers)

5:00PM - CAST A 3-4 YR Cherubs (Baby Angels), 4-5 YR Snow, Ms. Kari’s 4-5 YR Preschool Gingerbread, 5-8 YR Polichinelles, 7-9/9&Up YR Bakers, and Rising Stars Cooks Arrive at Northwood Church dressed and ready in hair/makeup/costume

Arrival - Upon arrival, please find the SODC Staff member with your dancer’s age group sign in front of the stage to check your dancer in to go backstage for Dress Rehearsal.

Dismissal - All dancers will be dismissed from the stage after the act they dance in.

Saturday, December 13th - Nutcracker Performance Day! CAST A

1:45PM - CAST A Dancers Arrive at Northwood Church dressed and ready in hair/makeup/costume

CAST A 4-5 yr. Snow Dancers:

Arrival - Upon arrival, please find the SODC Staff member with your dancer’s age group sign in front of the stage to check your dancer in to go backstage for the performance.

Dismissal - All 4-5 yr. Snow dancers will be dismissed from the stage with an SODC Staff member at the beginning of intermission.

CAST A 3-4 yr. Cherubs (Baby Angels), 5-8 yr. Polichinelles, 7&Up yr. Bakers, Rising Stars Cooks, & Preschool Gingerbread (Ms. Brooke’s Class):

Arrival - Upon arrival, please have dancers in act 2 sit with their family. At the beginning of Intermission - find the SODC Staff member with your dancer’s age group sign in front of the stage to check your dancer in to go backstage for the performance.

Dismissal - All 3-4 yr. Cherubs (Baby Angels), 5-8 yr. Polichinelles, 7&Up yr. Bakers, Rising Stars Cooks & Preschool Gingerbread will be dismissed from the stage with an SODC Staff member at the end of the show.
